Emmanuel Macron urges EU to cut a close deal with UK

Emmanuel Macron is allegedly urging the European Union to consent to a close relationshio with the UK after Brexit.
The French president plans to utilise an EU summit next month from now in Salzburg, Austria, to push for another “alliance” between the alliance and Britain.
Another Continental structure would see concentric circles with the EU and Euro at its center and the UK in a second ring.
Mr Macron has beforehand taken a hard line position on Brexit. Simply this week he said that France would not need an “exceptional relationship” with London in the event that it came at the cost of “unwinding” the EU.
