Delegates of the PCIAW® Summit, Exhibition & Awards 2023 are invited to join the factory tours in Porto, organised by the Key Sponsor, ANIVEC – the Portuguese Association for Apparel and Clothing.

The Portuguese textile and apparel industry has developed an entire ecosystem with a reputation for quality that reaches every corner of the world. From yarn spinning to fabric weaving, dyeing and finishing, all the way through to some of the finest garment manufacturing capabilities that Europe has to offer.

Not everybody gets the opportunity to see and learn how textile processing works with their own eyes and PCIAW® and ANIVEC are excited to give delegates of the PCIAW® Event in Portugal the chance to do so.

Many of the PCIAW® Trusted Members currently manufacture in Portugal or are viewing the textiles ecosystem as a nearshore alternative. ANIVEC and PCIAW® will be facilitating factory visits on the first day – 7 November 2023 – providing greater business value for those reconsidering their supply chains, in addition to the opportunities for education, networking and celebration.
