PCIAW® ‘Sizing/Wardrobe Management’ Webinar in Partnership with Gerber Technology Wednesday 5th August, 2:00pm – 3:30pm
The PCIAW® are thrilled to be holding our ‘Sizing/Wardrobe Management’ Webinar, in partnership with Gerber Technology, on Wednesday 5th August 2020 and will run from 2:00pm-3:30pm.
In the professional clothing industry, one size does not fit all. The PCIAW® have been contacted by our members from across the globe, who want to share their brilliant innovations to tackle the problem of sizing.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the topic of sizing has been more predominant than ever, as hundreds of thousands of essential workers need correctly-fitting, flexible, washable and durable PPE garments.
The PCIAW® is bringing together our expert sizing members (Sizer, 3DLOOK, QuantaCorp) to present their latest, innovative technology for sizing. Alongside these companies we will also be hearing from Alsico, Evolve, Ecmanage and Gerber Technology to educate the professional clothing industry on the importance of correct sizing and some of the solutions available to them.
Four sectors of professional clothing must work together when it comes to the creation of a garment:
- Garment Technologists
- The Designers
- Fabric Manufacturer
- Sizing Technology
Our panellists will also answer questions surrounding each aspect of garment creation and the importance of the correct size and fit when creating professional clothing.
The PCIAW®’s ‘Sizing/Wardrobe Management’ Webinar will reveal exactly what type of issues sizing, body scanning and wardrobe management have faced during the pandemic.
