o Mandated Deliverables: Hierarchy of Hazards Toolkit and the Multi-Norm Longevity Audit to establish safety benchmarks for PFAS-free gear.

o Chair: Julie Allen, Arclin

Defence & Security

o Focus: Strategic Industrial Advisory & Resilience

o Challenge: Ill-fitting body armour endangers female soldiers, reliance on low-cost procurement leads to fragile supply chains, risking operational capacity.

o Mandated Deliverables: Lifecycle Costing Assessment, Supply Chain Mapping

o Chair: Chaired by Rick van Es, Phantomleaf

Firefighter Safety

o Focus: Interpreting Performance Requirements & PPE Literacy

o Challenge: Navigating the performance trade-offs between carcinogenic protection, heat stress mitigation and ergonomic mobility.

o Mandated Deliverables: Digital Sizing Pilots, Educational Guide to Firefighting PPE & Componentry.

o Chair: Abby Hannah, PBI

Airlines & Airports

o Focus: Physiological Auditing & Cabin Crew Safety

o Challenge:Lack of specific international flammability standards for cabin crew and altitude-induced physiological product fit issues.

o Mandated Deliverables: Altitude Displacement Fit Audit, Aircraft Fire Risk report to advocate for dedicated aviation uniform product standards.

o Chair: Nisha Muire, Air Canada

Emergency Services

o Focus: Strategic Transformation & Frontline Alignment

o Challenge: Lack of technical expertise in public sector tenders results in reuse of outdated specifications that limit adoption of new technologies and fit.

o Mandated Deliverables: Spec-Shift Tender Toolkit and the Emotional Durability Commercial Framework for Fit-for-Form workwear.

o Co-Chairs:Ryan McClinktock, Cooneen Group and Julian Bartholet, TUFFKING
