We are pleased to announce that Charles Ross from The Royal College of Art, is co-hosting the PCIAW® Summit with John Miln, Chairman of PCIAW®.
The PCIAW® Summit will kick off on 2nd November 2021 with an opening address by John Miln, Chairman of the Professional Clothing Industry Association Worldwide (PCIAW®), who will welcome the industry to a conference of international proportions after a year of virtual meetings.
As a leading expert in the outerwear industry, Charles is a Lecturer in Performance Sportswear Design Performance at The Royal College of Art. He is also a mentor at the Design Council and a member of WRAP’s Textile Committee.
He has taught many students who now lead the design of the outdoor industry, with graduates now work at Mountain Equipment, Rab, Arc’teryx, Berghaus, Patagonia, Páramo and Montane.
This year’s PCIAW® Summit will feature over 20 industry thought leaders with educational presentations and exclusive insights across the supply chain, with an overarching emphasis on ethical practice and textile sustainability.
