Judges for this award will be looking for companies that have developed workwear designs that not only meet but exceed industry standards, while also providing optimal comfort, durability, and flexibility for workers in a variety of environments. They will be interested in innovative materials and designs that offer superior protection against physical hazards, such as cuts, abrasions, and punctures, as well as environmental threats, such as exposure to chemicals, heat, and cold.

Applicants for this award should be able to demonstrate the rigorous testing and certification processes that their workwear undergoes, as well as its compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations. They should also be able to show evidence of the impact of their workwear design on worker safety, productivity, and overall well-being, as well as their ongoing commitment to research and development to continually improve their products.
