OUR CAPABILITIESThe UniformOur business development team work closely with you to create an individual image in line with your corporate identity, both initially and ongoing. This will involve as many visits as is necessary to your offices and outlets in order to develop a uniform that will best fit your need, ensuring we have taken all relevant factors into account; budget, volumes, locations and industry type etc. All garments are chosen for their combination of quality, price, availability, durability, size range and wearer comfort and stock items are guaranteed to be available for a minimum period of 2 years. They have been tried and tested using an intense laboratory regime. Should any stock garment become obsolete pcl will undertake to find a comparable alternative and, if no such garment is readily available ex stock, we are able to utilise our bespoke manufacturing service to meet the requirement. BrandingPCL offer a full in-house branding service including embroidery, print and tax tabbing. We take great care at the outset to originate each logo to its best possible reproduction and provide sample for sign off before application to any garment.Sewing UnitAny required repairs and alterations are facilitated in-houseFitting ServicePCL corporatewear Ltd is able to offer a complete fitting service for uniform contracts. Our team of fitters will be available to visit your staff in their place of work or in a location convenient to your company where we will provide sizing sets of the garments required. Whilst our standard ranges cater for the majority of people, it’s inevitable that special sizes may be required, which we are able to address on an individual basisFrom past experience it is often necessary for our fitting team to visit our larger clients on more than one occasion during a new uniform allocation and this is very much a part of the service we provide. This simple process avoids unnecessary returns and gets your staff looking their best as quickly as possible.We look to start the process at the customers’ earliest convenience to ensure that all staff are correctly sized and the uniform is received in good time. Stock HoldingPCL Corporatewear offers a comprehensive stock service with many unbranded goods available for next day delivery. Branded or tax tabbed goods are typically delivered within 10 working days.Should branded or tax tabbed goods be required at short notice on an ongoing basis, PCL corporatewear Ltd have the facility to hold core items in our warehouse in Buckinghamshire. These items would be pre branded and stored within our numerical picking system and available for immediate dispatch.In the past this has worked well where individuals are placing small orders for branded goods as no minimum order quantity is required.Ordering SystemAll customers are assigned a dedicated Account Manager to deal personally with their orders ongoing. Account Managers are available on a daily basis by telephone or email to take orders or answer any queries customers may have. Our state-of-the-art software system streamlines the whole process from order to delivery, with customer online portals enabling secure customer-specific online ordering with full history, tracking and reporting facilities as required, available for all our customers.DeliveriesPCL corporatewear Ltd will only use professional, recognized and fully insured carriers to deliver your goods. In this way we are able to minimise risk to you and to ourselves as suppliers. We deliver worldwide using a trusted courier service offering tracked deliveries with fast delivery times. Notifications and tracking details are sent to the customer on despatch of each order. ReturnsFor all garments that have not been decorated, worn or altered in any way, we have a no quibble returns policy, provided the items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt.Continual ImprovementThe service we offer our customers is our priority.
