Our business development team work closely with you to create a uniform solution in line with your corporate identity, both initially and ongoing. This will involve a detailed onboarding process where we will work closely to understand you brand and the requirements needed for the uniform. Once the range is agreed based on the usual key factors, Quality, design, Volume &, Budget each client is given their own Account Manager who will endeavour to deliver a quality service for the duration of the partnership. The Sales Manager responsible for the account will co-ordinate quarterly business reviews presenting sales and marketing information from the previous quarter keeping the relationship strong and relevant.
All garments are chosen for their combination of quality, price, availability, sector worthy, durability, size range and wearer comfort. They have been tried and tested using Industry recognised testing houses. Should any stock garment become obsolete PCL will undertake to find a comparable secondary and, in some case, Tertiary products.
PCL offer a full in-house branding service including embroidery, print and tax tabbing. We take great care to originate each logo to its best possible reproduction and provide samples for sign off before application to any garment. Branded or tax tabbed goods are typically delivered within 10 working days. Should branded or tax tabbed goods be required at short notice on an ongoing basis, PCL have the facility to hold core items in our warehouse in Buckinghamshire. These items would be pre branded and stored within our numerical picking system and available for immediate dispatch. This process works well for some customers avoiding any minimum order charges.
Any repairs/alterations are facilitated in-house.
PCL is proud to offer a complete fitting service for our uniform contracts. Our team will work with the uniform co-ordinators on site to provide samples/facilitate sizing days ensuring each wearer has the best experience for their new uniform. This simple process avoids unnecessary returns and gets your staff looking their best as quickly as possible. We look to start the process at the customers’ earliest convenience to ensure that all staff are correctly sized and the uniform is received in good time.
PCL offers a comprehensive stock service, working with our supply partners to ensure our stock supported products are available for next day delivery.
All customers as part of their onboarding process will have their very own web shop – Our state-of-the-art software enables a streamline ordering process from start to finish. With added benefits of wardrobe management, MI reporting, restricted ordering and multiple payment outlets – PCL have a flexible working platform that can suit all our customer needs.
PCL are continually looking at new solutions and supporting local businesses, we have recently assigned as our preferred courier LBC logistics https://www.lbclogistics.co.uk/our-services as they have fantastic sustainable credentials with their strap line being “A greener way to deliver” We do also work with the larger recognised couriers Fedex, DHL and Dpd we select these based on destination and the service level agreed with our customers
Any plain stock ordered that is in a resalable condition we have a “no quibble” returns policy. Meaning if orders are notified to the customer service team within 48 hours of receipt and returned within 14 days, we will credit the original invoice minus the agreed re-stocking fee. As a company we continually review our policies and procedures. We listen to our customers and communicate with them. In this way we can both achieve an effective working relationship.
