Uniform Buyers’ Network Hosted in Dublin for 2026 Industry Event
The Uniform Buyers’ Network (UBN) which is a free to attend event is set to host its second dedicated in person conference on June 4, 2026, at The Exo Building in Dublin. Hosted by An Post and sponsored by Workwear Solutions International, the event continues to establish itself as a key fixture in the professional clothing and PPE calendar, drawing together buyers and industry thought leaders from across the sector.
“We are thrilled to bring the Uniform Buyers Network from Dublin to a wider audience this year.” said Yvette Ashby – Founder and CEO of PCIAW UBN.
Marking the second European event held by PCIAW®, the event continues to establish itself as a key fixture in the professional clothing and PPE calendar, drawing together buyers, solution providers, and industry thought leaders from across the sector.
The choice of venue reflects the event’s commitment to sustainability, with The Exo Building recognised for its best-practice approach to sustainable design and operation. This is further reinforced by host organisation An Post, who have developed a new uniform programme aligned with circular design principles, enabling textile-to-textile recycling at end of life. Together, both the venue and host demonstrate best practices in line with EU Green Public Procurement (GPP) standards.
Building on the momentum of last year’s gathering, which placed the evolving landscape of workwear and protective clothing firmly under the spotlight, the 2026 edition is designed to equip procurement professionals with the knowledge and strategic tools required to navigate a sector increasingly shaped by regulation, sustainability, and innovation.
“If the Milton Keynes event in 2025 set the standard for informed, honest discussion in professional clothing, the 2026 Dublin conference is set to raise the bar even higher—delivering the insights uniform buyers need, before they need them.” said Nisha Muire – Manager, Uniform Program – Brand Management, Air Canada & Founding Member and Chairperson of the Uniform Buyers’ Network.
Fit-for-Form Design at the Forefront
Central to this year’s programme is the concept of fit-for-form professional clothing and PPE. The event will examine how advances in design, sizing, and functionality are not only raising performance standards but also meaningfully improving wearer wellbeing. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with findings from the PCIAW white paper, presented exclusively at the event, offering research-backed guidance on best practices across the industry.
Navigating Digital Product Passport Compliance
As the industry moves towards greater transparency and product traceability, compliance with Digital Product Passport (DPP) requirements has emerged as a pressing priority for uniform buyers. Expert speakers will offer practical, actionable guidance on how procurement strategies can be aligned with evolving regulatory frameworks, helping organisations stay ahead of legislative change while maintaining supply chain integrity.
Circular Solutions and Textile Recycling in Practice
The 2026 event will also shine a light on organisations already achieving meaningful progress through circular uniform programmes. Real-world case studies will demonstrate how full circular solutions with a particular focus on textile-to-textile recycling systems are being successfully implemented. These examples will illustrate practical pathways for reducing waste, extending product lifecycles, and contributing to a more sustainable and responsible supply chain.
In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to hear first-hand from buyers about their experiences of recently completed tenders, including the challenges encountered, evolving ways of working, and practical advice they would offer to fellow procurement professionals.
The event is generously sponsored by Workwear Solutions International and hosted by An Post, ensuring an engaging and valuable experience for all attendees.
Join us on 4th June at the iconic Exo Building for an inspiring and insightful knowledge-sharing event, tailored to support and empower buyers of professional clothing.
