Safety Boot manufacturer Rock Fall has once again celebrated success at a yearly sales conference which helps engage key suppliers and plan the year ahead.
The event took place on the 9th and 10th of January at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry and was also attended by other suppliers such as 3M, SC Johnson Professional, Kimberley Clark and Honeywell.
Rock Fall’s presentation– which focused on the importance Safety Footwear can play in preventing undiagnosed foot problems such as chronic aches and pains – was received well by visitors who citied exceptional engagement during the valuable session.
Additional conversations during the event varied from planning a widespread campaign to promote a large range of new styles featuring the Boa® Fit System to increase customer awareness of a national foot scanning service aimed at improving Health and Wellbeing at work.
The evening of the 9th January also led to a celebration that brought together around 300 people from the Safety and Workwear industry to recognize the achievements of the previous year. Awards were widespread throughout the organization and showed how significant the contributions were across the whole business. The party atmosphere was led by magicians and live performances, leading to an incredibly positive evening.
Speaking about the event, the senior management team commented, “These customer conferences represent great value for all involved, it’s a superb opportunity to network and plan with literally hundreds of familiar faces and introduce new team members to the Rock Fall brand. It’s our 6th year supporting this customer at their yearly event and they get better every year. We put a lot of time and resources into planning this year’s event and we are all elated to have been recognized as supplier of the day, a much sought-after title. We were optimistic ahead of the event, but it has surpassed all our expectations and actions from the day are already underway, with some great results already.”
The second-generation family-owned Rock Fall has a reputation for being the go-to supplier for Safety Equipment Distributors looking for a single source solution.
