Safety Boot manufacturer Rock Fall are the only Safety Footwear brand in the UK to boast the BOA® license – which enables them to develop styles using the famous BOA® Fit System.
The BOA® Fit System was originally developed in 1998 and is now found on snowboard boots, outdoor hiking boots, fishing boots, cycling and golf footwear and running and mountaineering footwear. The system also has many medical applications.
European sales of the safety footwear that features the system exceeded 2.7M pairs in 2018. It compromises of a dial, guides and lace system, which is guaranteed for the lifetime of the boot it is integrated to. Several videos of the system being used to pull trucks and lift pallets of concrete blocks have also gone viral.
Rock Fall have now developed five new styles – now in stock – which along with the BOA® Fit System, also feature the eco-friendly Sympatex® Waterproof Membrane, which has been tested to not leak for an incredible 100 hours. The styles also include a recycled Ortholite® footbed which retains its shape and FORCE10® components which are tested to extraordinary performance levels. Two of the styles also include the IMPACT SHIELD™ Internal Metatarsal Guard to offer complete protection from falling objects.
