The second-generation family-owned Safety Boot manufacturer Rock Fall recently took part in a meeting with one of their largest customers to discuss new initiatives and servicing methods moving forwards.

The listed FTSE 100 PLC held a regional managers meeting, bringing together influential business figures from around the UK.

One of the key points of the meeting was Safety Footwear and how it can prevent undiagnosed foot problems such as chronic aches and pains – especially as wearers are often on their feet for the whole working day.

The meeting also included conversations such as planning a widespread campaign to promote a large range of new styles – featuring the Boa® Fit System – as well as increasing customer awareness of a national foot scanning service aimed at improving Health and Wellbeing at work.

The Rock Fall Senior Management Team commented, “This planning meeting was held with one of our longest-standing customers and it’s great to see familiar faces and learn of the career progression several of them have had with their company.
