Event overview

London UndergroundHolborn (Central and Piccadilly lines) and Covent Garden (Piccadilly line) are both about a five-minute walk away.
Mainline railKing’s Cross, St Pancras and Euston are roughly a 30-minute walk or a short taxi journey from the venue.
Driving & parkingCentral London parking is limited. De Vere identifies the nearest car park at the corner of Drury Lane and Parker Street, approximately a two-minute walk from the venue. Check live availability and restrictions before travelling.

Selected delegate hotel

Middle Eight, Covent Garden.

The selected hotel is at 66 Great Queen Street — directly across the street from the Grand Connaught Rooms, making it the simplest overnight option for the event.

Rooms and suites, an on-site restaurant and bar, live-music venue and wellness facilities are available through the hotel.

Name badges and seating.

Here is what to expect when you arrive at the Summit and Awards.

Reception check-in

Pick up your name badge from reception when you check in on the first day of the event. Your badge will confirm your attendance.

Summit seating

Seating during the Summit is randomised and is not allocated in advance.

Awards evening seating

Seating for the Awards evening is assigned according to the in-venue table plan, which will be available before you enter the Awards ceremony room.

Awards attendees only

Submit your dinner choices.

Enter every guest’s starter, main course and dessert choices, with allergies and dietary requirements against the correct attendee name.

Summit-only ticket holders can ignore this section. For group bookings, one form accepts up to 10 attendees. Submit a second form if your group is larger.

Please enter the best email address for us to use if we need to clarify any menu selections. A copy of your completed menu choices will be sent to this address after submission.
