Tukatech Inc. a leading US-based fashion technology solution provider, has been certified with A+ rating in TÜV SÜD Italia Machine Energy Protocol MEP for TUKA cut.
The automatic cutting machines features clean air filtration and lowest energy consumption.
Built with Italian expertise, TUKAcut can be used to cut fabrics for lingerie and denim. Its advantages include 50-70% low energy and running cost. The eco-power vacuum system allows lowest power consumption at 5.5kw.
Apart from power saving, Tukatech cutting system provides up to 20 per cent higher cutting productivity than other comparatives. It also provides highest productivity per hour cutting denim with zero buffer, as well as a cut path optimizer that results in 2.2-3.6 per cent fabric savings.
Equipped with Tukatech’s software and other mechanical and electrical specifications, TUKAcut is a result of partnership with Italian cutting system manufacturer F.K. Group. Ram Sareen, Founder, Tukatech said, “The partnership with F.K. Group allows Tukatech to offer garment manufacturers reliable fabric cutting machines at competitive prices. Similar to engineering companies like AMG partnering with Daimler-Benz to offer an amazingly high-performance vehicle to drivers who appreciate the engineering, we offer just the same with our partnership with F.K. Group.”
The company’s automatic cutter was first installed in Combined Fabrics, a knitted garments manufacturer based in Lahore, Pakistan. The installation of automatic cutting system in the factory resulted in cutting 50,000 units in a day with the help of just 14 people. The units eventually increased to 65,000 and 75,000 units per day. Earlier, about 90 people used to cut 50,000 units in a day.
“Our expectations for the TUKAcut system were exceeded by far, but they never surprised us with extra hidden expenses.” Said Sheikh Tariq Mehmood, Director, Combined FabricsBesides, the knitted garments manufacturer also uses other offerings of Tukatech such as TUKAcad, TUKA3D, and SMARTmark.
