With a family history in tailoring and draping in New Delhi, India of over 90 years, Mr. Padam Vaish is an accomplished management professional, with over 22 years of experience in the textiles/apparels industry.
Building on his lineage, Mr. Vaish has gained vast experience in managing the production, product development, team training, and compliance, for the top retailers and corporate and workwear companies during his stint at some of the most prominent garment manufacturers of Bangladesh.
Amongst his other strengths, Mr. Vaish brings with him a sound knowledge of the sourcing and manufacturing culture in Bangladesh and India. From manufacturing, marketing to sourcing, he has experience as well as deep understanding in managing apparel, costing, sourcing, and development of woven, knits, and flat knits with strong planning, forecast, concept, design, range, and budget.
